Congratulations on your new pregnancy! To schedule your first appointment with one of our doctors, please complete the new pregnancy follow-up form.

For an ongoing pregnancy

If your doctor/NP schedule is full, please note that the new available appointment slots open on the 20th day of each month (or the next business day). Also short notice appointment slots are available 24 to 36 hours in advance for more urgent appointments. Please check the schedule regularly.

You must be registered at the clinic

We only take new patients from the "Quebec family doctor finder" as well as newborns in our area depending on availability and current government rules.

At the without appointment clinic

If your emergency concerns fever and cough, be sure to consult our section on fever and cough for advice and to help you determine the best time to come see us.

If your healthcare professional is not available

  • Please first check whether your family doctor or nurse practitioner (NP) has an appointment available within the next 24–36 hours by accessing your patient portal.
  • Please note that the SRV clinic is only available to pregnant patients who are followed at the clinic and to patients who are registered with one of our healthcare professionals. New appointment slots open at noon for the following day. We encourage you to check back frequently, as appointments become available regularly through our nurses’ triage process!

A nurse using Santé Québec’s NAVIG questionnaire will contact you between 6:00 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. to assess your health condition and assign you an appointment, if needed.

An appointment may also be automatically assigned to you.

If your emergency concerns an injury (wound, fracture) or an asthma attack, you can also consult the up clinic in Quartier Dix-30.

Open 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.  No appointment necessary for injuries.  Please refer to their website.

For a consultation or follow-up in gynecology 

For any consultation with one of our specialists, you must have been referred by the CRDS.

  • For a follow-up appointment requested by Dre Monet, Dre Alexander, Dre Michaelsen, Dre Larochelle or Dre Ingham following a consultation by one of these gynecologists please send an email at jenniferwatson@gmflacigogne.com including your full name, date of birth, current address and contact details as well as the reason for consultation in your email.

If a precise date for the appointment is requested, please specify it in your email.
The clinic will contact you as soon as possible.
